Metro Wide NZ Limited is an AST METRO Group company specialising in property services. Metro Wide entered the New Zealand commercial cleaning market with a fresh new philosophy. The initial target market was Government contracts and areas on high security, this policy of security awareness and total client confidentiality has been carried through to our general commercial cleaning division.
The move into general commercial cleaning was made in 2003 and has seen Metro Wide expand into all areas of the property service market operating under the AST METRO framework and to the same high standards of service. In 2004 Metro Wide commenced operating a security services division registered with the Ministry of Justice. We can when required carryout police/courts department security vetting of staff. We have strict security policies, staff are not permitted to disclose any information regarding our clients or their premises.
We have a total commitment to service, confidentiality and security, our company revolves around the operational needs of our clients. Too many service organisations lose site of their role "to supply service". At Metro Wide we take our commitment to service seriously and are very proud of our record
We do not guarantee the impossible, what we do guarantee is to provide the highest level of service possible, the highest level of service auditing and supervision, if a problem does arise we promise a rapid response.
